Refund policy

All products sold by Kämpfer Audio are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final.

Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before making a purchase, please contact us at info@kampfer-audio.com.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

- Duplicate purchases
- Technical issues that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Incorrect charges due to a processing error

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

EU Customers - Digital Content

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery of digital content begins immediately after purchase.

By purchasing and downloading, accessing, or using any digital product from Kämpfer Audio, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or access to the digital content has begun.

As a result, refunds cannot be granted once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or made available to you, except where required by applicable law.

 

Product Quality

Due to the subjective nature of audio products, sound libraries, sample packs, presets, and related digital content, personal preference does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.

Customers are encouraged to review all available product descriptions, audio demonstrations, screenshots, specifications, and compatibility information before making a purchase.
